Pithflow ("we", "us") provides voice-to-text dictation software and, from version 1.34, a Meetings feature that records a meeting from your computer and produces a transcript and notes. By using Pithflow you accept these Terms.
Free tier is limited to 2,000 dictated words per week, and a single meeting recording to 15 minutes; meeting audio counts toward the weekly allowance. Pro is $9.99/month or $99/year (annual; equivalent to $8.25/month) and Team is $45/month for up to 5 seats; neither has a per-meeting cap. All paid plans are billed via Stripe and can be canceled at any time from your account page; cancellation stops future charges.
Subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel from your account dashboard anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
You may not use Pithflow to transcribe audio you do not have rights to, automate abusive scraping of our APIs, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.
The Meetings feature records only when you start it. It captures your microphone and, in Video call mode, the audio your computer is playing, which includes other participants. Pithflow does not notify other participants and does not obtain their consent. You are responsible for telling everyone in the meeting that it is being recorded and for complying with the recording and consent laws that apply to you and to them, including laws that require every participant's consent. The audio is discarded once transcribed; the transcript and notes are stored in your account until you delete them or close the account, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Pithflow is provided "as is". Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality, accent, language, and speaker clarity. We do not guarantee any specific accuracy level.
Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
We may update these Terms. We'll notify subscribers of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
