Flow ("we", "us") provides voice-to-text dictation software. By using Flow you accept these Terms.
Free tier is limited to 2,000 dictated words per week. Pro is $16.99/month (Pro) or $49.99/month (Team, up to 5 seats), billed via Stripe. New Pro accounts include a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial; your card will be charged $16.99/month (Pro) or $49.99/month (Team, up to 5 seats) at the end of the trial unless you cancel before day 7.
Subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel from your account dashboard anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
You may not use Flow to transcribe audio you do not have rights to, automate abusive scraping of our APIs, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.
Flow is provided "as is". Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality, accent, language, and speaker clarity. We do not guarantee any specific accuracy level.
Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
We may update these Terms. We'll notify subscribers of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
